About the Company

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support our team and keep operations running smoothly in the commercial construction sector.


The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the central point of support across the business, ensuring administration processes run efficiently and projects stay on track.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide administration support across construction, estimating, accounts & site teams
* Manage inductions, training records, and assist with OH&S compliance
* Assist with payroll reporting, receipts, and project cost allocations
* Coordinate office operations including correspondence, supplies & company vehicles
* Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office


Requirements

* 1–2 years' administration experience in Building & Construction (essential)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills; Cheops/Hammertech advantageous
* Knowledge of OH&S processes and compliance
* Excellent organisation, multitasking and communication skills
* Positive, proactive and professional attitude
