Role
We are seeking a Senior Storage Engineer with experience in large complex ICT environments. The successful candidate will deploy, configure, manage and tune the department's storage systems at physical and virtual layers, and manage Storage Area Network Switches as required. The role includes producing design, build and operations documents, handover, and sharing knowledge with team members, as well as mentoring junior staff. A baseline clearance is required.
About You (Qualifications)
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the design, administration, tuning and troubleshooting of at least one of the following storage systems: HPE 3PAR, Primera, Alletra, NetApp E-Series, Dell Data Domain, Brocade Fabric Switches, SANnav, Scality Artesca.
* Ability to produce design, build and operations documents for processes and procedures.
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills to work with skilled technical people, including making presentations to staff and stakeholders and coaching staff.
* Experience and knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication.
