Overview
SMYL Community Services is a not-for-profit community-based organisation seeking applications from experienced trainers for the delivery of the SEE Program.
A position currently exists in Kalgoorlie for an experienced trainer and assessor delivering a range of training which may include Business and Community Services. The successful applicant will be delivering Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills.
Essential
Applicants must or be willing to possess:
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment including TAELLN114 & TAEDES502 units.
Highly Desirable
- Applicants should also possess or be willing to gain: A Certificate in Community Services & or Business, at least to Level II
- A recognised undergraduate degree of at least 3 years duration.
- Current working knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
- Proven ability to develop, design and implement individual learning programs and assessment strategies and materials.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills; and
- Current Working with Children check, National Police Clearance and driver’s licence.
