We are seeking an experienced residential lending professional to manage complex deals, supported by a processing team and fueled by a steady stream of qualified leads.
* Manage the full lending process from initial enquiry to settlement
* Confidently assess and structure complex residential lending scenarios
* Deliver personalised and professional advice to clients
* Work closely with the back-end processing team to ensure smooth lodgment and follow-up
* Maintain strong compliance practices and uphold the business's reputation
About the Role
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential lending (banking or broking)
* Strong understanding of credit, policy and complex loan structures
* Client-focused, professional, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
* Confident working in a fast-moving environment with consistent lead flow
* Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking required (Diploma ideal)
