We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
* Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on your assessments.
* Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
* Identify barriers to work participation and design programs to support individuals in achieving maximal work participation.
* Understand healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
* Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
* The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
* A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
* Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
* A willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
