Key Responsibilities:
* Lead consistent IT service delivery across international operations, aligning with SLAs and business objectives.
* Manage and mentor remote teams, driving service performance through KPIs and issue resolution.
* Champion cybersecurity strategy, protecting technology assets and driving organisational resilience.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to the ICT strategy.
About You:
* Proven experience in ICT leadership, managing change and delivering results in complex environments.
* Essential qualifications include tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology, certification as a Certified ITIL practitioner, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
