About This Role
The Youth Drug & Alcohol program is an assertive outreach service that provides youth-focused responses and treatment options.
This program works with individuals aged 12-25 experiencing issues with alcohol and other drug use, along with their families and carers.
Our goal is to reduce harm by adopting a multi-disciplinary and evidence-based approach.
Using innovative skills and interventions, you will support individuals seeking assistance with alcohol and drug use in a holistic and trauma-informed manner.
You will take a respectful, person-centred approach to care, tailored to each individual's needs, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address diverse aspects of their journey.
Key to your role will be delivering individualised, holistic care, which addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of young people and their families.
As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to provide open, flexible, and dynamic support, focusing on strengths and promoting positive change.
At the heart of our organisation lies a commitment to inclusivity, respect, and community connection. We strive to enrich health in countless ways every day, fostering a culture where staff feel valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
