The chance to be a part of the welcoming, friendly and highly skilled team at the Wyndham Clinic, Hoppers Crossing. We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapid growing, diverse community we serve.* Part time position available* 4 days per week - 08.30 - 17.00hrs* Some opportunities to do extended hours shifts on Thursdays and Saturdays a* Providing Case Management support to clients aged 16-65yrs* Providing quality mental health and discipline specific, client centered assessment and treatment that is evidence based* Works within a multidisciplinary team and lived experience workforce**ABOUT YOU:*** Qualifications as RPN3, OT 2, SW 2, or P 2* A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement* Excellent communication and documentation skills* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team* The ability to think critically and problem solve effectively* Knowledge in different therapeutic techniques* Knowledge about different referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term support* Be consumer recovery focused care with consumers, inclusive of carers / families* A good working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and relevant legislation**What you'll bring**You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
