LMT Analyst Programmer - Melbourne & Sydney
SDP Solutions are a unique services provider that combines business Consulting, Sourcing and outsourced workforce management solutions. We are established business run by IT Sourcing, Consulting and HR and contingent workforce professionals.
We are seeking multiple full time LMT Analyst Programmer to be based in Melbourne and Sydney for our clients. The roles involve running a highly specialized long-term project. The resources will be involved in the new project but they will also be involved in maintaining existing products and projects. We are expecting that they will be able to jointly lead projects in line with new technologies developed for our consulting partners and their customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Produce technical documentation including technical specifications, operating instructions, test plans, defect management, writing test cases, test data preparation and test execution
- Analyze user needs and produce technical documentation based on the requirements
- Support in the delivery of business requirements for subsequent phrases of the project
- Assist in the smooth implementation of changes and recent roll-outs
- Leads Process Modelling and translates requirements into design
- Development and testing with IT platforms and domains as directed by the project scope
- Design, Develop, & Implement solutions.
- Train junior staff members where required and SME in telecom projects
Job Skills Required
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, preferably in IT or Technology
- Familiar with SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Ability to manage both technical and functional offshore consulting teams
- Commercial experience with Java and PowerBuilder, PLSQL development highly regarded
- Commercial experience involving production support, analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation highly regarded
- Experience with formal development methodologies
- Knowledge of My Fleet Manager (MFM) software
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Keen eye for detail and proactive approach
- Logical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service ability and Varied ICT skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
