The practice acts for lenders, borrowers and sponsors in market-leading transactions across corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance and restructuring.
About you
This opportunity will suit a lawyer who is keen to work on high‐profile and technically challenging matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have:
* 2-8PQE in Banking and Finance in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
* Excellent technical and drafting ability
* Proactive team player, with the ability to work independently when required
