Responsibilities
* Deliver clinical facilitation, education and support to nursing and midwifery staff
* Provide advanced clinical leadership within maternity services
* Support undergraduate students, graduates and developing clinicians
* Coordinate and deliver simulation-based education and training activities
Qualifications and Competencies
* Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in contemporary midwifery practice
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in clinical education, facilitation and staff development
* The ability to support and mentor students, graduates and clinicians
