As a Customer Advisor you will help customers achieve their banking goals by processing transactions, educating customers on online platforms, and recommending products and services that best suit their needs.
In this dynamic and high-impact role you will:
Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partner with specialists within the branch, and help customers achieve their financial goals.
Support customers with digital literacy and online banking as we continue to innovate our offerings.
Be the face of the branch and customer service. Handle cash, investigate queries, process transactions, assist with paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront.
Embrace continuous learning. Grow your career with on-the-job training and external development opportunities.
Build connections. Support customers, give back, and make communities better while having fun along the way.
This is a permanent, part-time position located in Willows. The roster is 72.5 hours per fortnight:
Monday 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service and you will have:
Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
Confidence to communicate face-to-face and over the phone with new and existing customers.
Eagerness to understand and convey what makes our bank different.
Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial to work together and achieve our goals.
Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
