A job opportunity has opened for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This role will see you supporting and working alongside directors and the team to provide administrative assistance, streamline internal systems and client processes.
Responsibilities Include:
* Calendar management
* Email management across shared inboxes & director inboxes
* Assist in onboarding new clients via email or the phone
* Preparing proposals and supporting sales follow ups
* Client design asset organisation
* General invoice processing
* General administrative support, including office coordination tasks
The successful applicant will have:
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional phone manner and customer service skills
* Strong email etiquette
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Confidence using Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* An interest in digital marketing
