We are a woman'sfashion and beauty brand seeking a highly motivated, reliable self-starter to join our growing retail and e-commerce team.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, efficiency, and variety. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
About You
* You have at least 5 years' experience in the Australian ladies fashion industry (NSW/Sydney preferred).
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and present professionally.
* You are highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
* You are a self-starter who takes ownership and pride in your work.
* You are a team player who leads by example and supports those around you.
* You are confident with administration, systems, and computers, and are always willing to learn.
Our customer is the most important part of our business, followed closely by our team. We value strong work ethic, accountability, and doing things properly the first time .
Key Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service across retail and e-commerce channels
* Managing customer enquiries via email and phone with professionalism and warmth
* Daily packing and dispatching of orders, accuracy and speed are essential
* Liaising closely with the owner to ensure orders are sent correctly and on time
* Assisting with stock control and ensuring orders are approved prior to dispatch
* Supporting marketing by helping identify products for weekly email campaigns
* Assisting with general administration and operational tasks as required
This role requires someone who can confidently manage many different jobs each day and adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment.
Additional Requirements
* Strong written and spoken English is essential
* Experience with ecommerce will be looked upon favourably
