Administration Officer – Kalgoorlie Residential
Team KMS is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie team. This full-time role will provide administrative support across various aspects of the business, with a focus on supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our workshop.
The role is Monday – Friday. 07:30 – 4:0pm and ½ hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:
· Obtaining all vehicle fleet approvals.
· Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and Microsoft Calendar.
· Preparing and processing customer invoices and payments.
· Weekly Payroll processing.
· Matching PO's and entering invoices for payment.
· Book travel for site employees.
· Site labour mobilisation and onboarding.
· Procurement tasks
· Social Media updates
Key Requirements
· Strong organisational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
· Mechanical or parts knowledge (preferred)
· Accounts payable and receivable experience.
· Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Experience using Xero or Myob.
· Skills in troubleshooting and supporting IT systems
