About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is truly unforgettable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver personalized and efficient service to all guests, responding promptly to their requirements in line with luxury service standards.
">
* Work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
">
* Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
">
* Operate our telephone system effectively, handling calls promptly and professionally, and transferring calls to relevant departments as needed.
">
* Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and upselling skills.
">
* Complete daily shift checklists and refer any items requiring follow-up to your manager or designated leaders.
">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
">
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
">
* A strong understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
">
* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
">
* Familiarity with Opera Front Office systems, including reservations, check-in, cashiering, and checkout.
">
* A professional appearance, representing our brand and values at all times.
">
* The ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
">
