* Operate our telephone system effectively, handling calls promptly and professionally, and transferring calls to relevant departments as needed.

* Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and upselling skills.

* Complete daily shift checklists and refer any items requiring follow-up to your manager or designated leaders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

* A strong understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.

* Familiarity with Opera Front Office systems, including reservations, check-in, cashiering, and checkout.

* A professional appearance, representing our brand and values at all times.

* The ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
