The Company has a mining and processing complex in Western Australia's world-class Kalgoorlie goldfield region, including a highly prospective tenement package of more than 1,000km2 surrounding the 3.8Mtpa Paddington Mill.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all open-pit mining activities to achieve safety and production targets.Deliver LOM plans and budgets while optimising resource recovery and cost control.Oversee contractor management, equipment utilisation and statutory responsibilities.Foster a robust safety culture, incident management and investigation.Coordinate drill & blast, load & haul, technical staff and mobile maintenance functions.Identify and implement strategies to increase production and reduce costs.Manage outsourcing contracts, negotiations and contractor performance.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.About YouUnrestricted WA Quarry Manager's Certificate, Senior Site Executive and S26 Statutory Supervisor ticket.10+ years' experience in open-pit gold mining operations with effective leadership of large teams.Strong knowledge of gold processing, mining equipment, geological and engineering information.Comprehensive understanding of WA mining legislation, safety standards and codes of practice.Advanced computer skills including mining software, Pronto (desirable) and HSE systems.Excellent written and verbal communication with proven stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.Permanent full-time role with immediate start.Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.Receive $12k residential allowance per annum.Receive a highly competitive short-term incentive payment (STIP).
