The Company

A dynamic regenerative medicine company developing innovative products that restore patient mobility, function and performance. An opportunity exists for a capable individual with office administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and logistics experience.

The Role

The role is looking for 20 hours per week and would suit someone looking to work school hours.

Duties would include assistance with:
General office administration
- Reception duties
- Processing employee expenses
- Stationery orders and management
- Filing and archiving
- Other general office & administration duties

Accounts Payable
- Set up and management of supplier cards
- Raising and submitting purchase orders
- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and verifying management approval
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Responding to supplier payment enquiries
- Maintaining files and records

Accounts Receivable
- Set up and management of customer cards
- Raising and submitting customer quotes, invoices and statements
- Follow up PO's from hospitals
- Account reconciliations and aged debtor follow ups
- Producing monthly reports
- Maintaining file and records

Logistics Inventory management
- Prepare packing slips
- Customs document preparation (imports and exports)
- Booking local and international deliveries with couriers
- EOM physical stock take and its recording

Other CFO support activities
- Maintenance of various records, spreadsheets as required
- Bank/credit card reconciliations
- Audit preparations
- Ad hoc projects

Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least an Intermediate skill level in Excel & Accounting software packages (preferably MYOB).

- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Self-motivated, flexibility to work individually or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and methodical
- Excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail
