Your strategic influence and leadership will be instrumental in shaping both client outcomes and the growth trajectory of the team.
You will advise some of Australia's largest privately owned businesses and family offices on a wide range of income tax matters, including (non-exhaustive): structuring and restructuring for tax efficiency, improved asset protection and effective estate/succession plans; tax controversary and governance; complex transactions; and cross-border transactions, including Australian inbound investment and outbound investments across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
You will also assist clients with managing their income tax compliance affairs, including helping them meet their periodic tax reporting obligations to the Australian Taxation Office and provision of tax balances for financial reporting purposes.

Each day brings variety and challenge, as you tackle complex tax transactions and advise on a diverse range of scenarios, from structuring investments to offering bespoke strategic tax guidance for Australia's leading families.
You will lead, actively delegate to empower your team, and maintain a sharp focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Working closely with Partners, you'll help shape the strategic direction of our practice, advocate for the development and growth of team members, and cultivate an inclusive, positive culture where everyone feels valued.

Enough about us, let's talk about you As a Manager we're looking for someone with the following attributes: Prior income tax experience (of at least 4 years) at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm or the ATO CA / Masters of Taxation or equivalent qualification Exposure to large private groups, multinational companies and private equity Ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment As a self-starter you will have a strong track record of consistently driving results and taking the initiative Ability to project manage and deliver multiple client advisory and compliance engagements Strong sense of team and desire to manage and mentor our upcoming talent through coaching and on the job training The successful candidate will join as a Manager depending on their experience.
