The role
A great opportunity to join our team in Bundamba Service Centre! The role is to coordinate every aspect of service repair jobs and make technical decisions to determine the best approach to complete service jobs.
To cover internal sales (service) duties as required.
* Proof read and/or compile inspection reports for customers.
* Determine parts to be replaced and repair processes.
* Make technical decisions on service repair jobs.
* Estimate the cost of the job and provide scope of work and price to the customer.
* Ad-hoc administration for the IG service department to provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Attributes
* Relevant technical knowledge pertaining to the industrial gears and/or service.
* Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as independently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* A positive attitude to safety.
* Administration Skills.
