This full-time, fixed-term position offers just that.
In this role, you will lead business management functions for a district, developing and sustaining strong internal and external partnerships while providing expert advice and direction on key business functions.
As part of the District Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic and business planning, manage complex tasks and work closely with other district leaders to drive consistent initiatives and processes across districts.
You will lead a team to deliver high-level customer support and corporate outcomes, building effective relationships across departments, sector partners and stakeholders.
This includes ensuring high-quality customer service, business continuity and providing expert advice in line with legislation, policy and procedures.
About You:
We are seeking a confident, empathetic leader with strong skills in management, finance and planning.
Tertiary qualifications in business administration or management are desirable but not essential.
You will be a self-starter with excellent people skills, extensive experience in business administration or office management and a background in managing support services, resources, business plans, budgets and risk.
Success in this role hinges on your proven ability to motivate, lead and develop a high-performing team and foster a strong team culture.
