The Role of a Job Coach
As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build better working lives. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations, helping them to develop the skills and job-readiness required for sustainable employment.
You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, developing tailored plans to meet their unique needs. This may involve building relationships with local employers, reverse marketing clients to employers, and creating and nurturing relationships with community stakeholders to build our clientele.
Your success will be measured by your ability to place participants into sustainable employment, leading to positive outcomes for both the individual and the employer. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a genuine interest in supporting others and making a meaningful difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.
