About the Role
Lead the performance and strategic direction of unlisted retail property funds. You’ll oversee asset and capital management, portfolio strategy, and operational performance, while supporting acquisitions, capital raising, and new fund launches. Collaborate with internal property, transactions, and capital markets teams, as well as external investors and major national tenants, ensuring strong investor outcomes and compliance with fund mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive fund performance, governance, and strategic planning
- Deliver distributions and long-term returns to investors
- Manage investor relations, reporting, and presentations
- Oversee asset management, leasing approvals, and operational performance
- Support acquisitions, capital raising, and fund establishment to grow AUM
- Ensure compliance with investment mandates and regulatory obligations

What You Bring
- Deep knowledge of Australian commercial/retail property markets
- Experience managing property assets, portfolios, or unlisted funds
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with confidence presenting to investors
- Advanced Excel; Word/PowerPoint; property modelling software exposure advantageous
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Property, or related field
- Post-graduate qualifications desirable but not required
