New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not-for-profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support.
We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life of two high needs DVA clients and other Support in the Home Clients. If you are an Enrolled Nurse (EN), Assistant in Nursing (AIN), or Personal Care Worker (PCW) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support our client to live at home independently, we encourage you to apply.
We are looking for staff who can fill morning and afternoon shifts. Full‐time, part‐time and casual positions are available.
Your Role
* Providing respectful and person‐centred personal care.
* Assisting with and administering medications according to individual care plan.
* Delivering professional medical care within your scope of practice (ENs).
* Providing sensitive and effective care in a supported environment.
* Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation.

Who We Are Looking For
* Enrolled Nurses (EN) with current AHPRA registration.
* Assistants in Nursing (AIN) with relevant qualifications and experience.
* Personal Care Workers (PCW) with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
* Personal Care Workers must have a minimum of 1 + years experience in the field.
* Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Basic Life Support and CPR certificates, and Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain).
* Candidates with HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded.
* A genuine passion for providing high‐quality, person‐centred care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (highly desirable).
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
