75-85K+ Super A well-established and busy family pub in Sunbury is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support daily operations across food, beverage and gaming.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams and delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast‑paced environment. The venue has a thriving Bistro, Sports Bar, Cafe and Gaming Room plus is host to many functions and events. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Venue Manager with overall venue operations
* Supervising front‑of‑house, bar and gaming areas
* Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and responsible service requirements
* Leading, training and motivating staff during service
* Assisting with rosters, stock control and venue presentation
About You
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor
* Experience in gaming operations and compliance essential
* Strong leadership and customer service skills
* Current RSA, RSG and Gaming Licence
* Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
