We are seeking a Senior Advisor Learning Systems to provide expert advice and support for learning management systems and digital learning solutions across Bundaberg or Hervey Bay Hospitals. This role partners with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support, maintain and optimise learning systems, ensuring effective delivery of workforce capability, education and training initiatives.

Your opportunity:
* The purpose of this role is to coordinate and lead the ongoing operation of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) service-wide learning management system (LMS), including system administration and maintenance. This role is the subject matter expert relating to the system's functionality and capabilities.
* The Senior Advisor Learning Systems plays a key role in forward planning LMS projects within WBHHS, including the development of business cases/briefs, project plans, supporting documentation (e.g. records and registers, monitor and report on project progress) and implements best practice guidelines relating to change management principles and large-scale project management.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from 7th April 2026 until 13th April 2027 with the possibility of extension.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $148,322 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from 7th April 2026 until 13th April 2027 with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
