Are you passionate about furniture and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a results driven and enthusiastic individual to join our client's team as a Full-Time Furniture Salesperson. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
* Provide expert product knowledge and advice to guide customers through their purchasing decisions
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
* Keep abreast of current furniture trends and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
Requirements
* Previous experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
