Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care, provide wound management and monitor patient progress. They will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide education and support to patients and their families
* Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
Key Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar nursing role
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
