Fire Protection Coordinator
This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of fire maintenance services across commercial, residential, government, and industrial sites. As a Fire Protection Coordinator, you will play a vital part in maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations, scheduling technicians for routine maintenance and urgent callouts, managing service requests and client communication, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance and urgent callouts.
* Manage service requests and client communication.
* Process and track work orders, quotes, and invoices using CRM systems.
* Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, defects, and compliance reports.
* Support technicians with job planning and parts ordering.
* Provide a high level of customer service and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Fire Service Coordinator or Service Administrator role.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Simpro or Uptick).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
* Understanding of fire compliance, testing, and maintenance schedules (preferred).
