We are seeking applications for an Receptionist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of employment are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an immediate start.
The Receptionist will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support activities critical to the efficient day to day running of the business.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
•Reception duties.
•Provide both telephone and in person customer service to customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
•Create job tasks in cloud-based job management system AroFlo
•Data entry and updating filing systems (paper based and electronic)
•Perform accounts receivable tasks using Xero
•Book-keeping experience (preferred)
Previous experience is preferred but not essential -
•Previous experience within an administration position, preferably in a service environment.
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills and possess the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.
•Proficient with computers including MS Office Suite and a good typing ability with a high level of speed and accuracy.
•Possess a high attention to detail.
•Hold a current driver's licence.
