Join Stockland’s Group Legal & Risk division as an Land Lease Community (LLC) Contract Administrator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused contract operations for our Land Lease Communities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business area and partner with key stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee contract creation, execution, management, and settlement for your allocated LLC Communities.
- Act as the key liaison for Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and Development Managers.
- Manage contract amendments and variations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including:
- Salesforce enhancements
- Onboarding and training material updates
- Precedent template updates
- Participate in national projects and embed process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant plans and escalate issues as required.
- Contribute to accurate forecasting of sales and settlements, driving excellent customer outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration
- Knowledge of contract management, conveyancing, or legal/paralegal practices.
- Proficiency in DocuSign, Salesforce, Excel, and Mailmerge.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
