Job Title: Customer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Professional to deliver exceptional technical support to our business customers.



Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality level 1 technical assistance to customers via various communication channels
* Troubleshoot complex customer issues with a problem-solving mindset and escalate to Level 2 or Account Managers when necessary
* Deliver basic remote (level 1) technical support
* Utilize Monitoring and Management product (RMM) to ensure seamless support experiences
* Collaborate with the project team as required to provide additional resource support
* Manage user accounts across active directory and MS 365



Requirements:

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving problems effectively
* Strong skills in MS 365 products and Active Directory
* Understanding of support tools and ability to leverage technology to provide optimal support
* Ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A current driver's license and reliable transportation
* Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, ITIL, or ITSM are advantageous
