Description
The role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Oracle HCM system, including upgrades and issue resolution. It involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement business and system enhancements that improve functionality and user experience. The position provides expert advice to leadership and supports other system subject matter experts to align with strategic objectives. It requires managing data extraction and analysis to inform improvement opportunities. The role also includes maintaining system documentation and exploring innovative tools and practices. A key focus is ensuring system performance meets user expectations while complying with OH&S policies. The position demands both independent and collaborative decision-making to resolve complex system issues. Continuous improvement of systems and processes is a core aspect of the role.
Profile
Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with HCM systems and payroll integrations - ORACLE HCM is highly regarded
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Experience coaching team members and building capability
Skills in Oracle query language
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of and adherence to workplace policies, including OH&S and anti-discrimination
Desirable
Project Management Skills
Experience in HR/Payroll Systems including AscenderPay, PageUp, Oracle HCM
