We're on the lookout for a confident, passionate and skin-obsessed Dermal Clinician or Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment and love helping clients feel amazing in their own skin, this could be your perfect fit.

About the Role:
You'll be delivering a mix of advanced skin treatments alongside beauty therapy services, depending on your qualifications and experience. These include:
Skin & Clinical Treatments
• Skin consultations and analysis
• Personalised skin treatment plans
• Advanced modalities such as chemical peels, skin needling, LED therapy, IPL/SHR (if certified)
• Client education on skincare and post-treatment care
Beauty Services
• Eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts
• Waxing services (face and body)
• Spray tanning
• Relaxation massage
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform professional, results-based treatments with confidence
• Build strong relationships with clients through education and care
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive clinic culture
• Stay current with industry knowledge, trends, and product innovations
What We're Looking For:
• Diploma or Bachelor in Dermal Science / Beauty Therapy (with strong skin focus)
• Passion for skin health and helping people feel confident
• Experience in skin treatments is preferable however training will be provided(peels, needling, laser/IPL, etc.)
• Competency in beauty services a bonus (brows, lashes, waxing, tanning, massage, makeup)
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and upskilling
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with: Aspect, Aspect Dr, Cosmedix, PCA, Societe, Dermaquest or Dermaviduals
• Confidence in skin care retail and sales
