We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team.
This role involves providing high-quality food service for our guests in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving food, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the breakfast buffet
* Ensure stock rotation and minimize wastage by following stock control procedures
* Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, dicing and measuring ingredients
* Maintain accurate records of food safety and hygiene protocols
* Keep all working areas clean and tidy, including dishwashing during service
* Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Head Chef
