Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a front-of-house role. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

* Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly and professionally to guests' needs and concerns.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring that all areas of the bar and restaurant meet high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
* Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menus, pricing, and promotions.
* Liaise with kitchen staff and other areas of operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets by upselling and promoting additional products and services.

Requirements

* Flawless customer service skills, with a consistently positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
* Reliable, flexible, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English language.
* Eager to learn, grow, and develop, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
* Basic Gaming Certificate (preferable), Bartending experience (preferable), and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (essential).
* Availability for night shifts and weekends, with a commitment to working varied hours as required.
