About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic ITC Systems Technician to join our ICT Support Service Desk team, delivering front‐line ICT support to City staff. In this hands‐on role, you'll troubleshoot issues, support users, and contribute to system improvements across a diverse ICT environment. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure technology enables exceptional service delivery.
About You
You are a motivated ICT professional who enjoys being part of a busy, hands‐on Service Desk team and helping others resolve technology issues. You bring solid technical foundations, a customer‐first mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‐paced support environment.
