You will report to the Team Lead and be based at our Perth office, located at St George Tce. As a Senior Software Engineer PHP, you will be accountable for the design, developing and maintenance for product software application and data access layer.
Job Requirements
* Familiar with Agile methodologies, demonstrating an understanding of Agile principles, processes,
and frameworks.
* A strong interest in software development.
* Experience in PHP, Symfony, C#, TypeScript and/or other programming languages.
* Knowledge of in all aspects of the Software Life Cycle.
* Experience with a wide range of software tools through all stages of the Software Life Cycle.
* Experience developing complex features and enhancements independently.
* Scripting experience with PowerShell or Perl.
* Strong Skills in SQL, relational databases and developing data solutions in a Win32, web and mobile
application environments are desirable.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer are:
Database Design
* Provides advice and guidance to others using the data structures and associated components.
Software Engineering
* Takes technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development.
* Plans and drives software construction activities. Adopts and adapts appropriate software
development methods, tools, and techniques.
* Measures and monitors applications of project/team standards for software construction,
including software security.
* Contributes to the development of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for software
development.
Builds
* Produces software builds from software source code.
* Conducts tests as defined in an integration test specification and records the details of any
failures.
