Working Hours
Part‐time: 5 days per week – 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Friday.
Role Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers in Hobart and surrounding branches, putting them at the centre of everything you do
* Assist customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
* Ensure customers receive a seamless, consistent and tailored experience every step of the way and that all details are accurate and up‐to‐date
* Demonstrate self‐service and digital Smarter Banking options to help make banking simple, easy and secure
* Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
