About the Role
This position manages all aspects of high touch travel logistics on large scale Feature Films, Independent & Art Cinema and Television productions. You'll work with various stakeholders like Unit Production Managers, Travel Coordinators, Production Coordinators and Production Accountants managing travel and finance for clients from above and below the line actors, talent, crew and production staff.
You will be responsible for planning, negotiating, quoting, booking and invoicing air travel, accommodation, vehicles, excess baggage & ancillaries, meet & greet, unique services and logistic needs.
As a project manager you'll operate in control of minor to major project variations (which can come at short notice) to ensure the production is successful.

Requirements:
* 5 years' recent experience in domestic & international travel (experience in entertainment, groups, sport, MICE or other production travel preferred)
* Demonstrated recent GDS knowledge is essential with preference for Sabre
* International Fares & Ticketing I & II
* Aptitude for project management style of working
* Ability to communicate objectively in challenging situations
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Commitment to exceptional customer service
