Job Responsibilities:
 * Ensure accurate customs declarations in compliance with regulations and company policies.
 * Classify and value import and export products for seamless customs clearance.
 * Maintain up-to-date systems databases with relevant information.
 * Clear shipments within specified timeframes based on established performance metrics.
 * Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
 * Complete necessary training within designated timelines.
 * Assist with transportation operations, including booking deliveries and managing billing and accounting.
 * Perform tasks as requested, including contributing to general brokerage operations.
 * Be accountable for all aspects of the role under the supervision of the Brokerage Manager.
Requirements:
 * Australian Customs Brokers License or obtain it within 12 months of employment.
 * Knowledge of Government Regulations and Standard Operational Procedures for Customs Import Operations.
 * Proficiency in ICS and Third Party Systems.
 * Good geographical knowledge and understanding of International freight shipping terms.
 * Accounting skills and familiarity with General Ledger concepts.
 * Elements of Expeditors Attributes and Culture, including embracing the company's Mission statement.
 * Basic mathematical skills, including handling Exchange Rates and Foreign Currency.
 * Comprehensive understanding of Goods movement and Road Transport Operations.
