About the Role 
This newly established Grade 3 Senior Physiotherapy role offers advanced clinical leadership in physiotherapy within residential aged care. You will provide expert assessment and intervention to support resident mobility and independence, mentor junior staff, and contribute to service development.
Collaborating closely with the Deputy Clinical Manager, you will foster team excellence, lead professional development, and represent the discipline in key forums. This role also includes teaching and supervising students and may involve working across multiple locations within Grampians Health Ballarat.
