The Role

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager in Perth, the Regional Marketing Specialist will play a key role in delivering administrative, coordination and execution support for a range of regional marketing programs across multiple channels. This includes digital and in-person events, webinars, social media, email campaigns, trade shows, conferences and sales events.

From flawless execution to performance and tracking, this role requires an understanding of the target market, strong event management experience, marketing campaign expertise, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Deliver marketing activities across Asia Pacific, with a focus on driving impact in both established and emerging markets such as Australia, India, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Manage day-to-day marketing administration tasks, including budget tracking, vendor management, reporting and maintaining campaign assets and documentation.
Leverage digital marketing campaigns to generate both organic and paid leads, while evaluating performance and costs in the context of the region.
Provide analysis and KPI tracking within our CRM (Salesforce) and business intelligence platform to optimise marketing tactics.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree in Marketing or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
A passion for Field Marketing and event delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
You are highly organised, detail oriented and able to work at pace to manage multiple projects while adhering to established standards and processes.
Familiarity with marketing technology tools (e.g. Marketo, ClickUp or equivalent) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
A working knowledge of basic graphic design principles. (Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
Experience within a B2B software or technology environment (advantageous).
Knowledge of the mining, civil, or energy sectors (advantageous).

This role is office based, from either Perth or Christchurch. There will be a requirement from time to time to travel and also work outside of standard hours in order to liaise with colleagues in other time zones.
