Angle Vale Gardens Estate has 162 completed homes, and boasts impressive facilities including a spectacular community centre, gym, workshop, salon and appealing maintained gardens.
We're looking for a professional, organised and proactive Sales Manager to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with the National Sales Manager and Estate Manager, serving as the first point of contact for people enquiring about the Angle Vale Gardens Estate. Responsibilities will include generating leads, maintaining a sales database, achieving sales targets, presenting homes for sale and supporting families as they move into the estate.
To be successful in the role, you will have strong communication skills, be a compassionate listener, be an organised self-starter, and have a strong knowledge of retirement living.

Hours are 0.6 Part-time with possible flexible work times to suit.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the National Sales Manager, implement sales and marketing strategies for the Estate to identify and market to potential residents.
Assist in the development of marketing and promotional events to drive lead and database growth.
Engage in delivery of information sessions to raise brand and product awareness and understanding.
Proactively engage with all enquiries to progress leads through the sales process to deposit and settlement.
Ensure potential residents are provided with accurate advice about the Estate.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Residence agreements, along with other resident documentation.
In conjunction with the Estate Manager, propose works and facilitate the reinstatement of villas and apartments back to standard for resale.
About You:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
Salesforce or CRM experience is desirable.
Proven experience and ability to develop relationships and demonstrate empathy when dealing with potential and existing residents and their families.
Proven ability to deliver sales results and meet agreed KPIs.
Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability to deliver key messages to a range of audiences.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Empathetic and professional when supporting leads and residents.
Local travel and occasional out-of-hours work may be required.
