As the face of our business, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression and be responsible for all front office tasks including meeting and greeting clients. The right candidate will also have a friendly phone manner, ability to think on their feet, dedication to work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm.

This position requires applicants to be highly organised with a self driven personality and mature approach. Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Duties Include but not limited to
* Data entry and database management
* Phone management and call direction
* Support the property management and sales team with admin and various tasks (training provided)
* Assist and prepare property marketing
* Attend meetings as required to take minutes
* Sit on our social media panel to generate new ideas
Preferred experience but not essential.
* Experience using Canva
* Experience using Microsoft office & CRM systems
