About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands the building, construction, or home improvement industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding customers from initial enquiry through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners
* Prepare and present accurate quotes for windows and doors
* Follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales
* Build strong relationships with builders and repeat clients
* Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Meet and exceed sales targets
Skills & Experience
* Previous sales experience (construction, glazing, windows/doors, or similar preferred)
* Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Valid driver’s licence
