 
        
        Job Title: Pallet Logistics Coordinator
This is a part-time role that suits someone who needs to work around school times. As the Pallet Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all hire pallet & returnable equipment across the depot and regional branches, ensuring optimum performance against customer service requirements and compliance with business procedures.
The successful candidate will manage data entry and document management, reconcile drivers daily run sheets, and facilitate internal depot movements. They will also investigate discrepancies, manage monthly equipment counts, and ensure standard pallet processes are implemented.
This role requires the ability to multi-task and navigate conflicting priorities, project management skills, and excellent communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage and reconcile internal depot movements on a daily basis.
 * Track and reconcile hire equipment across the regional agent network.
 * Effectively manage hire equipment through the internal system and pallet control software.
 * Investigate all discrepancies (inbound / outbound) and recover equipment.
 * Facilitate monthly equipment counts and manage pallet holdings regularly.
Requirements:
 * Prior experience in Pallet Control or similar roles preferred.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
 * Able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
 * Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
