Grampians Health Stawell holds an exceptional opportunity for you to continue your career in our regional setting, supporting the development of strong foundations by providing a tremendous breadth of clinical experience, heavily supported with structured clinical supervision. You will have access to a diverse clinical PT/EP network of over 70 EFT with ability to link in with specialised supervision, internal education, and exceptional growth opportunities across our sites.
Core clinical rotations including Acute Inpatients (including TCP beds and slow streamed rehabilitation opportunities), Outpatients and Outpatient Intervention Programs. Support to explore specialist clinical areas such as Paediatrics, Women's Health and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Opportunity to explore additional clinical areas of interest across sites. Workflows designed to enhance interdisciplinary teamwork. Strong emphasis placed on internal and external professional development with attractive financial support. Leadership development opportunities: clinical supervision of grade 1 clinicians, student supervision, leading quality improvement projects, internal education coordination and portfolio and clinical streams leadership. Key Selection Criteria
Essential
Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy. Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Interest in regional and rural healthcare Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork Current Driver licence
