We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Claims Processor to join our busy Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for processing claims efficiently, validating supporting information, liaising with internal teams, and keeping customers informed.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage claims accurately from submission to closure.
* Review and validate CCTV footage, pick information, and other supporting evidence.
* Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, and other internal teams to verify claims.
* Track claim progress and maintain accurate records.
* Communicate with customers to resolve enquiries and provide updates.
