This is not just another sales role this is your opportunity to lead the distribution engine of a high-performing hydraulic business in the Northern Territory.
As our Senior Sales Coordinator, you will drive sustainable revenue growth, protect and grow margin, and build long-term partnerships across key industries including mining, oil & gas and marine.
You’ll combine commercial discipline with strong relationship capability embedding structured sales processes, leading account planning, strengthening governance, and ensuring technically sound, profitable outcomes.
This is a pivotal leadership position within the branch, contributing directly to commercial strategy, operational performance and culture.

Your Tasks
* Deliver annual revenue and gross profit targets
* Develop and execute structured account growth plans
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Oversee commercial integrity of quotations and pricing
* Drive CRM discipline, call planning and pipeline visibility
* Lead weekly sales cadence and performance tracking
* Build long-term customer partnerships and retention
* Ensure technical solution accuracy and margin protection
* Maintain compliance with credit, cash sales and policy frameworks
About You
You are commercially sharp, structured in your approach, and confident leading from the front.
* Strong sales leadership experience within industrial or technical sectors
* Proven ability to grow revenue and margin simultaneously
* Strategic account management capability
* Strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Broad technical understanding across O&G, Mining or Marine industries
* High CRM utilisation and sales process compliance
